1FORGE ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit 1-forge.com or contact us, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU GDPR.

• Server logs: IP address, browser, referrer, timestamp. Stored short-term for security and abuse prevention (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).
• Contact data: name, email and any information you share when you write to us or book a call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures).
• Booking tool (Cal.com): when you book a call, Cal.com processes your name, email and meeting details on our behalf.

The site is hosted on Lovable / Vercel infrastructure. Hosting providers process technical access data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

We do not set marketing or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies for the site to function may be used. If we add analytics in the future, we will request consent first.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact tools@1-forge.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We keep contact data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
